Welcome to PokerNetic! These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our platform, including the marketplace, tournaments, services and all features offered.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the website or using any PokerNetic service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. These documents form a legally binding agreement between you and PokerNetic.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Provide true, accurate and updated information during registration;
  • Maintain confidentiality of your password and access credentials;
  • Notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Be responsible for all activities performed in your account.

3. Use of Marketplace

The PokerNetic marketplace allows purchase and sale of poker-related products and services. By using the marketplace, you agree that:

  • Buyers: Are responsible for reviewing descriptions, prices and seller policies before making purchases;
  • Sellers: Must provide accurate descriptions, meet delivery deadlines and respect platform policies;
  • Transactions: All transactions are subject to our payment, refund and dispute resolution policies;
  • Content: Listing illegal, fraudulent or third-party rights violating products is prohibited;
  • Fees: PokerNetic may charge transaction fees, as specified in sale conditions.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities;
  • Post offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or inappropriate content;
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or other users' data;
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools without express authorization;
  • Interfere with normal platform operation or harm other users;
  • Copy, modify or distribute platform content without permission;
  • Perform reverse engineering or attempt to extract platform source code.

5. Intellectual Property

All PokerNetic content, including:

  • Texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and videos;
  • Software, source code and platform functionality;
  • Registered trademarks, trade names and visual identity;
  • Is exclusive property of PokerNetic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal actions.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Consult our Refund Policy for information about returns, cancellations and disputes. PokerNetic is not responsible for problems arising from third-party payment methods.

7. Limitation of Liability

PokerNetic is not responsible for: direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from platform use; data loss, profits or business opportunities; problems caused by third parties, including sellers, buyers or service providers; technical failures, interruptions or temporary service unavailability. Our services are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

8. Terms Modifications

PokerNetic reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users about significant changes by email or through platform notices. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

PokerNetic may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time through profile settings. After termination, your data may be retained as required by law or internal policies.

10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian laws. Any dispute will preferably be resolved by mediation or arbitration. If not possible, the competent jurisdiction will be that of São Paulo, Brazil.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is considered invalid, the others will remain in effect. Failure to apply any right does not constitute waiver. These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and PokerNetic.
